Louisiana residents may order a Tulane license plate through the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles. For online information and fee calculation go online to expresslane.org and click on special plate fee calculation. To contact the Specialized Vehicle Unit you may call (225) 925-6371 or call (225) 925-6146 for assistance. A portion of the fee collected will be donated to Tulane by the State of Louisiana.
At this time, Tulane is not considering partnering with other states to offer specialized license plates.
