Xavier Rush is the founder and CEO of XRELITE, a New Orleans-based health and wellness brand offering personal training, group fitness, athletic strength and skill training, nutrition guidance and wellness events. Built around a whole-person approach to physical, nutritional, mental and emotional health, XRELITE also includes YEA Hydration, short for Your Everyday Activity Hydration and a children’s book series.
